TechOps Engineer
We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced and solution-oriented TechOps Engineer.
You will play a key role in supporting our technical infrastructure and ensuring seamless operations of our systems and applications. In this role, you’ll be part of an efficient team, currently, in its growing phase, that implements the “follow the sun” support practices. It’s highly valuable, if you have a strong technical background and hands-on experience in deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting technology systems.
What you’ll do:
- Design, deploy, and maintain technology systems and infrastructure
- Monitor and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Ensure reliability and performance of systems and applications
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy and integrate applications
- Perform system upgrades and security patches as required
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of Linux operating system
- Experience with cloud computing technologies, preferred AWS
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools Grafana, Loki, Prometheus
- Familiarity with network protocols and security best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced English level
