Head of Talent & People Development
We’re looking for a Head of Talent & People Development to architect a high-performance culture and lead the strategic human capital that drives our innovation. What you'll do:
- Talent Strategy & Acquisition
- Workforce Architecture: Partner with leadership to design job roles and hiring strategies that anticipate future technical needs and project scales.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead high-level sourcing and selection processes, ensuring every new hire aligns with both technical requirements and cultural values.
- Employer Branding: Establish Jivy Group as a center of technical excellence to attract top-tier engineering talent.
- People Development & Growth
- L&D Frameworks: Design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs, including technical upskilling, leadership coaching, and soft-skills training.
- Internal Mobility: Develop transparent career paths and succession frameworks that incentivize long-term commitment.
- Continuous Performance: Transition traditional reviews into high-impact, continuous feedback loops that emphasize professional growth and objective-based outcomes.
- Culture & Operational Alignment
- Engagement & Retention: Conduct deep-dive employee satisfaction surveys and use data to build a culture of high morale, accountability, and psychological safety.
- Strategic Advisory: Serve as an internal consultant to management regarding team structure, conflict resolution, and modern people-management practices.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure all development initiatives and HR practices align with national labor legislation and internal ethical standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: 5+ years in HR/People Ops, with a strong emphasis on Talent Development or Organizational Design within the IT industry
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to move beyond “filling seats” to building long-term organizational capability.
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to consult management and inspire diverse teams.
- Agility: Comfortable navigating the high-pressure, fast-changing environment of a growing tech firm.
- Analytical Problem-Solving: A data-centric approach to tracking KPIs (e.g., retention, promotion rates, time-to-hire) and translating findings into actionable growth strategies.
