Legal and Administrative Assistant

We’re looking for an experienced professional in administrative assistance, capable of managing their own workload, meeting deadlines, and working efficiently in a dynamic, multicultural environment. The role requires availability to communicate across different time zones due to its international exposure.

In the role of Legal and Administrative Assistant you’ll provide comprehensive support in legal, compliance, and administrative matters, assisting with operational workload, and regulatory documentation for one of our clients. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, has strong attention to details, and is experienced in handling confidential information with discretion.

What you'll do:
  • Legal and Corporate Administration
    • Assist in the preparation, review, and management of various documents, service agreements
    • Assist with the intercompany corporate maintenance activities
    • Complete and submit applications for licenses, and other regulatory filings
    • Draft and manage correspondence with legal advisors, regulators, and third parties
    • Maintain a structured and up-to-date record-keeping system for legal and administrative documents
  • Banking and Compliance Support
    • Assist in preparing and completing bank account application forms and KYC documentation
    • Liaise with banks, corporate service providers, and authorities as needed
    • Ensure timely submission of documents and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Administrative Support
    • Manage and track administrative tasks, forms, reports
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues, advisors, and external partners
    • Conduct online research as required for legal, regulatory, or administrative matters
What we’re looking for:
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in banking, administration, corporate services, or compliance support
  • Excellent written and spoken English with exceptional attention to details
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office and document management tools
  • Ability to draft, proofread, and format documents accurately and professionally
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of banking, corporate laws, and licensing processes in various entities is a strong advantage
  • High level of professional ethics, and integrity
  • Flexibility to work with teams and third parties in different time zones
